In this workshop, especially for young people (10 – 16 years), with chef Marente van der Valk you will learn how to make a start in the world of foraging; What can you find around you that you can eat and prepare? We will make pasta and ‘laminate’ it with wild flowers and plants and, for example, a pesto of garlic. In addition, we will collect and prepare a wild salad and learn to ferment garlic.
All ingredients are included in the price and we will make enough so that everyone can take something home afterwards!
