Fermenting our food has always played a big part in conserving our food. Once an almost forgotten practice, fermenting has now regained popularity due to health benefits. In the battle against foodwaste, fermenting our ingredients also changes our view towards our food.
Learn all about fermenting solid foods in this workshop, and make your own fermented goodies to take home with you!
In this first workshop the emphasize is on solid foods like a lot of lovely veggies.
You will be working with local, seasonal and biological produce!
